I have the power and authority to execute this Agreement;
I am voluntarily choosing to not follow Protek’s recommendations with knowledge of the risks, hazards, and other dangers involved. I accept any and all risks arising out of or in any way connected with the Exemptions; and
I waive, release, and forever discharge, and agree to hold Protek harmless from any and all claims for damages for any and all damages which my company and/or its officers, directors, employees, customers, agents and/or contractors may have, or which may hereafter accrue, against Protek as a result of or in any way directly or indirectly related to the Exemptions.
