“Times are a Changin’ …For the Better”
For those that were not able to make it to the Protek Client Lunch and Learn last month, we wanted to send out a recap of the items that were covered.
The theme for our event this year was “Change.”
“The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that has brought progress.” Charles Kettering
There are some exciting things that Protek has been working on and we wanted to share our excitement.
A few of the small changes…
- CSAT Score – Currently at 96.8% Positive
With each ticket that is completed, you will receive a survey with the above icons. We take these survey’s very seriously and appreciate your honest feedback. The techs get a bonus based on these numbers so they certainly love the positive responses. However, we also want to improve our processes, and welcome any constructive criticism as well in order to make the appropriate changes to our service.
- Let’s Chat!
We have added Chat as an option to get a hold of us. Simply go to our website at www.proteksupport.com and press the chat icon located on the right side of the screen. As always, you can still get ahold of us by phone, email, and the client portal as well.
- Make room…we are growing!!
We introduced the newest members of our Protek team including Denise (Controller), Mike (Sr. Engineer, Professional Services), Alicia (Dispatch), and Andrew (Marketing Assistant). As we grow and new faces are added to our team, please feel free to check out our website to see a list and pictures of all current staff members.
- Protek Newsletter – Coming to your inbox soon.
Hopefully you have been receiving our monthly newsletter. We are bringing lots of articles, tips, and information regarding relevant technology news right to your fingertips. If you are not getting a copy and would like to, please let us know and we will add you to the list.
And now, some of the big changes…
- Protek is moving to a new location – 542 W. 9320 S. Sandy, UT 84070
We are on schedule to move in by the end of October and are excited to have a little more space to grow. We will be having an open house once we get moved in and settled, so look for your invitation coming early 2017.
- Protek is moving to user based pricing –
No more counting devices and trying to figure out what is covered under managed services. By the end of the year, all accounts will be billed by user. If you hire a new employee, your account will increase, if you let go of an employee, your account will decrease….as simple as that.
- Protek is clarifying and modifying our service delivery in order to add additional value to our Managed Services offering.
We have added some critical roles to our team in order to raise the bar and bring this added value to our Managed Services offering. We will discuss this in detail with each of our clients during our IT reviews over the next quarter.
- Changes with email – Moving from McAfee to Mimecast
McAfee will no longer be offering email services, so we had the opportunity to hear from Mimecast, our new trusted email vendor, on all the updates regarding email filtering, archiving, encryption, and so much more.
- Protek is now offering phone systems.
Our clients asked, and we have listened. Protek has become a partner with Digium to provide our clients with an excellent phone system at a price that is affordable. Ask for details if you are interested in upgrading your phone system.
Again, we thank all of our clients for their continued business and look forward to another great year of serving you and your business IT needs.
